Last year, I shared some videos in which I explained how I introduced the universal themes in the first classes of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade GT. This year, I am continuing this content by sharing about the themes and first classes in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd.

The video below is for parents and teachers of preschoolers, but hits on the goal of the first-grade theme. It’s what all students need, there are some fantastic quotes about the importance of teaching students how to think and ask questions, particularly in the last 2-3 minutes of the video.
